All Pocobush gear includes 1 year limited warranty against product failure caused by manufacturing, material, and design defects. Products will be repaired when possible or replaced based on the specific needs of each case.

What’s covered under warranty and what’s not?


All Pocobush gear include a Limited Warranty against manufacturing or material defect. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Pocobush. In the event that or discontinued item cannot be repaired, the customer will be given a credit towards a new order of a different item.

Not Covered

Scuffs, punctures, or tears caused by wear, misuse, accidents, or extreme weather are not covered, however, they can usually be easily fixed by the user. For normal use, some wear and tear is to be expected.

We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, damage or loss of other property because of defects in our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

A bargain item, discounted used item will be not covered by warranty.

Non-Pocobush brand gear will be the responsibility of the direct brand.

What is Normal Wear and Tear?

Well-loved gear will develop battle scars. Stitches loose, zippers retire. When this happens, we will do everything in our power to refurbish and repair your gear to get you back out there. We do so as inexpensively as possible to encourage keeping gear alive rather than in a landfill.

Typical Repair Costs

Zippers: $5-15

Tears: $15/tear for small rips in material, larger tears will have higher repair costs depending on the extent of the damage.

Hardware (clips, buckles, etc): $5

Who Pays for Shipping?

Shipping and handling fees will be in care of the customer for all assessment matters. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping will be on us for the return of your cloth and gear. Pocobush is happy to help getting your repaired gear back to you affordably by using our international account, please contact us and get our approvel first.
Pocobush is not responsible for the shipping damaged, or lost items in return transit.

All Warranty Requests, Returns & Repairs start with our Simple Returns Process.
1.Fill out the online form on this page to receive a Return Authorization, we may have an easy solution that doesn’t involve sending in your gear. Otherwise we will reply with an form that includes a return label code and our address and instructions.
2.Clean your gear, then ship it back to Pocobush using the form provided.
3.Our After Sales Team will inspect your item(s) and email you options for resolving your issue.
