At pocobush, if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please Click this link to request submit the return request, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.

Instructions of Returns and Exchanges

1. Orders are valid for exchange or refund within 20 days from the date you’ve received your item(s).
2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Any products with sweat, dirt, mud stains, or odors will be ineligible for return. Please make sure your returned products are free from pet hair, grass, debris, dirt, etc. or they may be rejected or charged a 10%-50% restocking fee.
4. If anything is shipped back for warranty maintenance reasons the customer will be responsible for customs import taxes & duties to receive the item again.

Return Process
Step 1:
Submit your return request with your order number and the item you need to return or exchange.
Step 2:
Follow the return instruction to mail the products to our return facility. Please write down your order number on a small piece of paper and put it in the package.
Step 3:
Please send the returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.
Step 4:
Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel.
Warranty Maintenance Process

All Warranty Repairs start with our Simple Returns Process.

Step 1:

Fill out the online form on this page to receive a Return Authorization, we may have an easy solution that doesn’t involve sending in your gear. Otherwise we will reply with an form that includes a return label code and our address and instructions.

Step 2:

Clean your gear, then ship it back to Pocobush using the form provided.

Step 3:

Our After Sales Team will inspect your item(s) and email you options for resolving your issue.

Step 4:

If both parties have no objections to the proposed solution and terms, the refund will be processed to the buyer’s payment account within 2 business days.

Exchange Process

Exchanges Are Handled As New Orders

If you like your product but need a different size or color please place a new order for the correct item and follow our Return Process above to get a refund for the original order.

Important Note
  1. For returns without quality issues, international shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Clearance items discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
